I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and overall atmosphere. The traditional Japanese design elements created a warm and welcoming environment that made me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy my stay. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff was always ready to assist me, and there were no obstacles or stairs that made it difficult for me to move around comfortably.
I would have liked if there were more activities or services specifically tailored for senior people. It would have been nice to have some organized excursions or activities that catered to our needs and interests.

I had a superb stay at 9 C Hotel! The property is new and has all the bells and whistles. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and close to the main avenue. I stayed during the winter festival and it was so convenient to have the bus for the zoo right across the train station. Plus, there's a Lawsons nearby for all your convenience needs. During our recent skiing trip in Asahikawa, we stayed at the 9 C Hotel and were impressed by a couple of its features. the rooms in this hotel are kept exceptionally clean. As a frequent traveler, it's always refreshing to stay in a place where cleanliness is a top priority. each room is equipped with a TV, which was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes.
There was one minor drawback during our stay at the 9 C Hotel. The rooms were quite small, which became an inconvenience for us as we had a lot of skiing gear and luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and new towels. the staff was efficient, hospitable, and friendly. the breakfast was simple but great, and we even had the option to request bread.
The beds were a bit hard, and the heating/air con system was noisy even when turned off.

The staff were very friendly and eager to practice their English! The check-in process was efficient and high-tech, with a machine in the lobby printing my room key. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by convenience stores and a large mall.
The rooms were quite small and lacked adequate lighting for reading in bed. Some rooms had a strange smell and couldn't be aired out due to the windows being non-functional.
